I was extremely happy with my experience at Dimitra Designs and working with Jasmine!! I would highly recommend this store and was finally able to find a beautiful dress after being frustrated looking for one in the town I live in. Had I just gone here from the beginning, it would have made looking for a dress so much easier, shoes too! The whole staff is friendly and I will definitely be back again!! Thank you Dimitra Designs, Jasmine, and staff

A MUST READ! This is a Buyer Beware Review for all parents of a MINOR who has purchased or may purchase items on their own at Dimitra Designs. My 16 yr old daughter went shopping for her first prom dress 3/7/23. After hours of an unsuccessful search she entered Dimitra Designs to take a look. I have already reviewed this shop. It is phenomenal! Great beautiful selection! Knowledgeable friendly staff who go out of their way to please!! Rebecca who was the seamstress is AMAZING!! she did much much more than necessary in her beautiful work and making sure i could get there for fittings bc i live an hour away. She made this overweight 51 yr old look and feel beautiful! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

This is my experience : I Called Dimitria Design Friday morning at 11am for a prom dress for the next day in Boston. Natalie was beyond incredible. The dress we had ordered online was not going to be arriving on time since it was at the designer store, so Natalie send me photos of potential dresses she had in the store that could make our daughter happy and have it shipped overnight. If you're a bride with an appointment, you'll get the star treatment. If you're looking for a mother's dress or anything else, leave. I walked around in the store for 20 minutes and never saw an employee. Even went into the bridal section where customers were and didn't even get looked at. Never again

Finally have time to sit down and write about my experience with a local wedding dress shop. My daughter and now husband decided they wanted to change the date of the wedding from September to April...three young ladies had already ordered their dresses. We wanted to do what was right and pay for the canceled dresses. We were told to get written letters, with photo ID to transfer store credits to us...we would give the ladies cash for dresses that were canceled. Worst place ever!! My son was in a fatal car accident, and this poor excuse for a company will not make anything good for the bridesmaids. They haven't even gotten the dresses yet. Of course they had to pay full price in advance. She had nerve to say if they would have know by the end of January they may could have done something. His accident was just a few days into February. They are definitely the most heartless people ever!

Would not refund for a bridal party that the groom was killed in car accident before the wedding.
