Courtney at Dimensions – I started getting my hair cut by Courtney about 3 years ago. I used to bounce from salon to salon trying to find some one that could get my hair the way I like it. Then I found Courtney. She is friendly, kind, and polite. I would recommend her to any one. Yeamon

Bad Service – I got the worst hair cut and color from Courtney (Pembroke I think) She not only ruined my hair but her attitude was disgusting the whole time I was there. She acted put off by my questions and was snotty to say the least. I will not be going back to this salon because of my experience with Courtney.

I too disagree with Andrea!!! I would not recommend Dimensions to anyone. I was completely unhappy with the way my hair was highlighted. I called to either have my money refunded or to have the stylist fix her mistakes. When I spoke with the stylist she was extremly unprofessional and refused to refund my money - on top of that she refused to schedule me in that day to rectify the situation.
