Jim has repaired our computers whenever we need him and does a fast and great job. He has even made house calls when we needed him.
The really friendly staff were quick to help me and willing to answer questions. I just felt they were rushed to declare a solution before fully investigating, which put me out of pocket to only be told later the fix needed wasn't worth
