This is by far the worst most frustrating pharmacy I have ever done business with in 68 years. The people who answer the phone never know anything and they can't read emails. Why offer to do refills by email if you don't read them. I moved 6 months ago but they still try to deliver to my old address even when I check " pick up" on their email form. This is the very BEST pharmacy in Bakersfield. The staff is always courteous & very helpful. They deliver ur Rx free, anywhere in town. The only bad point is they r closed on weekends. When I need a new Rx filled during that time, I take it 2 Rite Aid, then Monday morning I call San Dimas & have them transfer it so I don't have 2. I've been with them since they opened & I've never had a problem with them or had 2 wait over 20 mins to get my Rx filed.
This pharmacy team provides great customer service that is customized to my needs. They fill my prescriptions quickly; I have never had to wait more than just a few minutes...even when I had a last minute prescription refill!
There was no hassle getting my prescriptions, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful.
