DiMagno conducted a survey of my property and moved all of my property lines without consulting me. My neighbor claimed he was buying my property. DiMagno gave my neighbor a non-certified plat, stamped by a licensed surveyor, containing my neighbor's properties and my property with altered boundary lines.
