The brisket and burnt end baked beans never disappoint. Worth our drive every time we go.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident when the town we were staying in experienced a power outage. We drove until we found BBQ that had power. The restaurant is clean with friendly staff and simple cute decor. The menu is impressive. I got 3 meats and 3 sides and my friend got ribs and two sides. We were so impressed with the quality and the different BBQ sauces (ask for a little bit of each sauce when you go! You will love them all!). Totally amazing barbecue! We ate at the Dillsboro location today and I’ve never had better barbecue anywhere else. The St. Louis style ribs were so juicy and tender. The brisket had an amazing flavor and was also so tender as well as the pulled pork. And you have to try the French fries, hot, crispy and so yummy! Our waitress Susie was the best.
