the staff is very friendly and helpful
My favorite store in town. My family has been shopping here for 10 years- at Kroger stores for my whole life. Very nice staff, produce is always beautiful, and the store itself has a nice feel and flow. Pricing is good. Not as cheap as Walmart (Walmart lacks the fresh produce and atmosphere) but cheaper than Hy-Vee, Checkers, and Target. I like that it has a Starbucks, a great pharmacy, bread from the local bakery “Wheatfields”, a solid floral department, and the staff always seems very competent, quick, and well managed.
Very poor customer service. Little to no provision of assistance when there is an issue with your order.
There always seems to be a problem with my scripts.
