I always had good service at your Intrust Bank BUT NOT TODAY. They don't know what they are doing and inexperienced and immature acting. I have to go to another Intrust Bank now to get my money): Because my card does work. I had to go to the Dillons at Central and Maize just because your people you hired.
A GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT to MICHAEL and LAURA at Customer Service in our Wichita, KS Dillons, Store 49! I had a small issue, was my own fault, and yet they BOTH took AWESOME care of me, went truly ABOVE AND BEYOND!! EXCELLENT customer service! THANKS SO MUCH MICHAEL AND LAURA!!! :)
It's a great place to shop and a great place to work!
This used to be my store of choice. However, with the repeated remodeling/construction and the new addition of the cart alarms, shopping here is unpleasant. Over the past few weeks I have heard that alarm alert several times during each visit. I have yet to see any evidence of shoplifting being thwarted. I hope you are saving enough money catching shoplifters to make up for the customers who will shop elsewhere.
Thank you to Jaye and Cara for making things right on a damaged Christmas package. They immediately addressed my issue . Their understanding and compassion was very appreciated and I'm very thankful.
