This is my store of choice!! Love the people—-especially the ones over in the kitchen area, toy area, candles, apparel and of course the ones who do all the wondrbdisplay each time the seasons change!!!

The Clicklist experience is the next best thing to ever happen to grocery shopping. Save 2 hours of time every week, at least. Shopping, selecting, confirming are all a breeze 🙂 The employees who interact with the customers are pleasant, courteous, professional. I spent less than 10 minutes from start to finish every time I’ve used this service.

Always out of sales items. Can't find anyone to help when you needed it. Need the former Store Manager back to fix this store.
Love the store.... Love the people.... Would have given 5 stars, but I dont understand why you wouldnt give your employees an awning to work under when servicing clicklist customers. Its cruel and unnecessary to have your employees work in the rain....
Wow...I was treated very rudely today by Braden. I asked about returning fresh blueberries that did not taste good. Braden told me to take them to Customer Service and tell them that the blueberries "sucked". This made me uncomfortable and I said I probably would not do that. Braden repeated the rude instructions and then said a monkey could do it. So Braden was incinuating that I am more stupid than a monkey? I am contacting both Dillons and Kroger corporate offices. Hopefully, this will be handled in an appropriate manner.
