Everything was great the flowers look wonderful. I was under the impression that it was free delivery. Maybe I’m wrong.
Delived on-time, buetiful flowers!
I recently used this florist to send flowers to my daughter-in-law who was in the hospital. The transaction went very smoothly and I soon got an email that the order was being processed. Two days later I was informed by my son that his wife never received the flowers. So I called Rae's later in the evening to verify if they delivered them and they indicated they had. Highly recommend. First order with them and recipient never got it. No phone response but I emailed and they responded promptly and offered to resend. Delivered promptly and was there by evening of the day after from initial order. Rare customer service in this day and age. Thank you Rae's Dillon Chapin!
