First of all, Dr. Dillig seems pathologically incapable of making it to her appointments on time (at least in the Glenview location). I've had to wait over an hour. Secondly, her bedside manner is very transactional. Dr Dillig didn’t listen when I told her I was a Crohns Disease patient; she prescribed a drug I was never supposed to take. I subsequently got the C Diff infection which took 6 months and 3 rounds of meds to get rid of. I can now NOT take antibiotics without the risk of getting C Diff FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. This bad doctors inattention has caused me terrible problems and will now affect me always. This practice came as a recommendation from our pediatrician. I brought my 2 1/2 year old son in for a standard dermatology appointment and we waited nearly an hour past my appointment time before we were seen. While waiting I asked the front desk if there was a reason for the delay and the only response I received was "you're next in line" we continued to wait another 30 minutes. I took my father to see her. Setting up the appointment was very easy and pleasant. Sadly, when we arrived we were no informed she was running late. Finally I asked and was told she was 30 minutes behind. The waiting room was filled with people waiting for her. After and hour we left without seeing her. I was old there were still 4 people ahead of us. Honestly I get there could have been and issue. It was the lack of communication and the total lack of care about the tardiness. Dr. Dillig is an excellent dermatologist. She performed three procedures on me within one year. I had growing yellow cysts on both eyes for over 5 years and was afraid of surgury. She made me feel very at ease and she is so fast and calm with her procedures, also professional and lastly, caring!

Dr. Dillig's staff is consistently unreliable. My son went to her for a skin condition and they completely messed up his prescriptions twice. First sending them to our old address, even though we specifically told them we had moved and gave them my new address and phone. 2nd time on a refill, similar problems. Zero communication from receptionist to nurse to Dr. Dillig who also does not return phone calls. Has wasted 3 plus hours of my time. Very poor service.

Dr. Dillig is very professional and very knowledgeable about your situation. She doesn't keep you waiting. However she answers all your questions.

I have fair skin and need annual check for sun damage. Dr. Dillig is very thorough, professional yet friendly and on more than one occasion has taking care of problem areas before they became serious. She spends the appropriate amount of time with you and makes you feel at ease.
