Terrible. One of those places where when you ask simply “How much longer would I have to wait” they answer “You don’t have an appointment”. I’ve worked in all type of industry, that’s bottom barrel service. The answer simply has nothing to do with my question. Obviously I’ll have to wait since I’m a walk in, I knew that well before I walked in. Then I’m told to wait for the lady who calls your name by the door, and she simply said “You’re a walk in so…”. Love Dr. Chaudry!! But either they need more people to work on customer service calls or make the nurses answer the phones. I just got off the phone after calling 4 TIMES and being on hold for over 20 minutes the last time!!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and held on 32 minutes the first 3 calls.
