Chris is extremely thorough in his work. He went over the key findings of our home and termite inspection, and gave a detailed report and patiently answered all our questions. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would unhesitatingly use his services again in the future.

I used Diligent and they were impressive and forensic with their inspection. I had drone photos of the roof - and most amazingly - they caught evidence of a “smouldering” in the attic that had been covered with white paint. There was no record of this - even in insurance records, so previous inspections may have missed it. Thanks to them I feel I made the right call on the purchase and it was money well spent protecting me with something as important as a home.
