Geez I wish I would've called this company first! I reached out to some other guys that I learned later were wholesalers. All they did was lock me up in a contract for 40 some days and then never reply to my texts. Dignity Properties told me they don't wholesale anything. And they closed in two weeks.
My wife died and my property was just way too big for me so I sold it to Chad because I didn't want to do any work to it, or move all of our years of stuff out. He was fair and kept things smooth. Nice guy.
