That worked great for us because at the time we did not have good credit and could not get a bank loan to buy a house the normal way. We love this house and love that we can own it and build some equity instead of rent.
Being in real estate for a while now, I have met a lot of people in the business. Chad is one of the most trustworthy and straightforward guys around. I would absolutely buy or sell a house with him, knowing that he has my best interest in mind. That’s not easy to Find.

Working with them to sell my house was extremely simple, and they did not even need the house to be cleaned before they bought it. Saved me a lot of time and was just an overall pleasant experience working with them.

When talking with Chad at Dignity Properties, he did not judge me at all for my situation, but was super nice and helped me work through the situation.
