To whom it may concern, This may be the most incomprehensibly horrible hospital in this entire country. The HHS and HIPAA officials need to make an audit of the Southern Regional Health Center, Atlanta Georgia location. I have experienced and seen Registered Nurses, physicians and staff making light and laughing at patients pain. To bring an example, when asking for assistance from my assigned nurse from the charge nurse, I was mocked and laughed at while expressing extreme pain and vomiting. My wife had an emergency situation and needed to go to the emergency room. We decided to go to Southern Regional. I must say we were more than happy with the service provided. The staff in the emergency room department was very attentive to my wife needs. They made sure we understood the plan and procedures before , during and aflyer our stay in ER.
