Christy at the front desk of urgent care is really rude and has no compassion for patients. She treated me with anger and sharp attacks. She should not be helping people. Go to urgent care in Winters. Avoid Christy and her mean attacks.
I just called to ask the price of a TB test, the wait was ridiculous and the girl named Ashly who answered the call said they don’t know the price and just hung up on me??!!??!!
Digital access to manage care for a minor is an absolute show. So many different names , the reception staff tells you to 'just install the app', 'we will send you an email invite' - none of this happens. Then when you call tech support or managers you get looped with misinformation. The online login is commonspirit.org and no one at Dignity seems to know what this is! 🤣 It is 1980's all over again to manage care with phone calls and paper chases here. Clinicians are just okay, and that's all folks. Enroll elsewhere!!!!

I visited this urgent care over the weekend and had a great experience. They got me in right away and were very communicative throughout the entire visit—clearly explaining what to expect and giving accurate time estimates. The office staff, nurses, and Dr. Doug were all incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive. Dr. Doug followed up on my test results and personally resolved the rest of my issues, which I really appreciated. He made sure everything was taken care of, start to finish.
