Front office is HORRIBLE! Dr is AMAZING! He’s very kind. Takes his time with you and is NEVER rushed. Front office is rude and when you give them the same attitude they say “Please don’t be rude.” Excuse me? You were rude first! I’m not going to have someone be rude and take it! Maybe they need training on customer service
No professionalism from the Dr or office. A pick line was needed for treatment and no order was submitted. Dr never contacted me to check or provide any assistant.
