Same problem everyone else has listed. I called ahead of time to make sure they were an in network urgent care and went in for an ear infection when I couldn't get into my regular doctor. I spent like 15 minutes with a doctor who gave me eardrops that did nothing. I ended up having to see my regular doctor anyway who told me to toss the ear drops. 3 months later I get billed for an "emergency visit" here even though there is nothing here to indicate that it's an "emergency" facility and it says "Urgent Care" everywhere, incl... read more
Don't go for an overpriced google search. I went in for an allergic reaction to a sunburn because online I found that a steroid shot could help. Dr saw me, said she doesn't like steroid shots and told me to take Benadryl. In and out in less than 30 minutes since the doc didn't want to help... The bill? $400. They will charge you $400 for something you'd find from google but charge you like they did something.
X-ray tech is horrible. Rude and judgemental. Will never go back simply because of her. Get out of the medical field if you're burnt out. Please! Awful.
Not impressed with the Dr care here. The nurses have always been fantastic but the doctors don't care about you and are incompetent at their job. We took our toddler there thinking he might have nursemaids elbow and we couldn't set it ourselves at home. The Dr tried multiple times and said he felt a "small vibration" and thought it was back to normal. He said it could take up to 30 minutes for our toddler to be able to move it.
