Called them and asked if do abdomen exam. They said yes, and can also offer x-ray imagining. So... I go in. PA stood in doorway whole time. Told me how he couldn't help me, that I need get a CT scan. I got charged $127 for that. Oh, he did write a prescription, which pharmacy would not fill because... meds were Over The Counter items. Great. Start all over paying again now.
I don't understand, why they a bad review. Every time I have been there, they're always very friendly and very quick. I have never seen them be rude to anyone.
I can't believe they weren't even busy at all but had us waiting in lobby for 2 hours. then we get in the exam room and they make us wait another hour and the whole time we are waiting I hear them talking to each other about candy crush and shoes and hot pockets. wtf kind of place is this? Don't go here if you can avoid it.
This place is the worst urgent care center I have ever been to! And the P.A. I saw, Diane Garcia, was very rude, lazy, and un-professional!!! I will never go back to this place! We waited in the lobby for close to 40 minutes, yet there were no patients in the back, nor in the lobby. My hand had 2 big deep cuts, and they refused to stitch them.
