If I could leave a 0 star review about the horrible experience we had with the Emergency Department of this hospital, I would. Our 19 year old daughter had a high fever and had to be transported by EMS ambulance to this hospital today. We are here visiting and this was the closest to our location. From the moment we arrived our daughter was treated horribly by the nurses and staff. Never have we experienced such horrible and incompetent care. Most ridiculous service ever. My daughter and her boyfriend were in a car accident today. They saw boyfriend bleeding and stapled his head without cleaning it and discharged him. They did not offer meds for muscle spasms or pain meds that are usually given after accident because of whiplash.(He is former military that is going to college) They did not give him a thorough examination or do any X-rays or CT.
