Worsts service ever, I arrived like one hut and no one’s come to see what I have I am in panic attack but doesn’t matter for them worst urgent care ever

Billing staff is trash, whoever is picking up the phone in the er needs to be removed because her attitude is horrible, I have been transferred around and hung up on for the last two weeks and all I am trying to do is give them money smh! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN BEFORE COMING HERE!
If I could give -1,000,000 stars, I would. This place is absolutely horrible and completely disgusting in how they treat people. I went to the ER after a car wreck. I handed them my insurance information right when I got there. All they did was take my vitals, ask where I was in pain, refer me for pain management, and I left. That’s it. No surgery. Came into this hospital to be checked out and the doctor i had was awesome, Dr. Jacob's he explained what was going on and made me feel no more pain for the most part, was very efficient and very professional through my whole time there. Thank you for taking care of me.
