My first visit as a patient there but second time there after my mom's visit and she recommended. I had a very pleasant experience. I was triaged right away and saw the doctor within 45 minutes. The nursing staff was friendly and efficient. My first time doing a CT Scan and the technician was kind and very informative. The doctor did a great job assessing my problem. Dr Benjamin, Christina and Carlos were awesome very caring
I went in for what I thought was a quick look at and give medication for my problem. Turned out to be a very big problem and had to stay for 5 days as an inpatient. The staff from janitor, housekeeping, lab technician, nurses, chefs, and doctors all made me feel seen. I was a person, not a number. Dignity Health is true to their mission “kindness matters”. All of them were kind and caring. I would recommend highly when an emergency happens.
