This was the first SRD San Martin ER visit, definitely the last, and by far the worst Emergency Room experience in my 8 years of living in the Las Vegas valley. They have completely failed to provide quality healthcare to this community in my opinion. My daughter went there due to her URI symptoms worsened after being seen at Convenient care 2 days prior (COVID results were negative from this visit).
