RecommendedKind and competent from start to finish. Ending up in the hospital is never pleasant, but I was glad I chose to come here rather than elsewhere. I am so very pleased with the level of care provided.

RecommendedGreat place to rehab. They were a great team.
Long wait times. Staff unable to triage & prioritize patients properly. Rude staff. Don't come unless you want to take a chance on getting worse while sitting in the er waiting room. More than 5 hours later not much has changed. They ask if you need anything & then never come back to address your requests.
RecommendedI just spent the last two nights at John Randolph for a full knee replacement and hands down Dr Saraiya and his OR staff all the nurses taking care of me 24/7 the physical therapist Nurse Stone , Brandi, Erica, Jess I’m sorry if I’m forgetting any name are the best care I have ever gotten This was my fifth surgery in five years but no other hospital and staff went the extra mile like they all did. Thank you
RecommendedI absolutely love and admire this hospital. So many memories and great people work here. They also saved my family’s life and my own. Not only do they have so much care and professionalism, they don’t treat you like a Paitent ID number, they treat everyone like family. I am very proud of such a amazing hospital and I have my mom back after she was critical along with my aunt and dad who also had very emergent procedures so much more positive came from this hospital it’s way to much to post 😊 thank you for everything.

Recommendedi was lucky enough to find the ACT, and able to become an inpatient member. the best month of my life, i was taught how to live life, without alcohol, and how to be the best person i can be. the entire staff, nurses, doctors, counselors, therapist, and everyone that worked there, are the very best! i highly recommend anyone with a drug or alcohol problem. call the ACT.
