They treated my Grandson so good so that he wasn't afraid that he was going to have surgery so thank you Dr.Lee and all the staff in the outpatient surgery center!
Went in yesterday at about 1130 didn't get registered till about 145 didn't get called to the bk until 3 then had to wait for x-rays to come bk do about 445 I had to go I had my 4yr old with me and the radiology Dept went down, well that's what they told me. My foot still is in a lot of pain.....
Had no problems!! All around excellent experience from everyone who took exceptional care of my RJ!!!
This place is worse than ever! Revolving door of care, 2 1/2 hrs just for paperwork and discharge and they treat everyone like drug addicts and refuse to prescribe anything but ibuprofen; and that was for severe pain and whiplash from a car accident! Bunch of bullshit!

My son needed to be seen I refuse to go to urgent care cause my baby girl could of die. I even told the doctor and nurses they said I'm better off going here. I haven't had any problems. For my daughter they took her in right away when she 6. For my son they took him in right away too. I let them know his clinic is busy and i don't want to go to urgent care cause of my daughter she could of die. We spent almost two hours to made sure my son is ok. Thank You St. Joe!!
