I have never had such a terrible experience from a clinic office at DHMG. I had my original appointment to be evaluated for hip pain and was told to make another appointment for a cortisone injection. I made the appointment but I know my insurance needed prior auth. The day before the appointment, my insurance company still didn't have prior auth. I had been calling the office asking to be contacted about this and no one ever called me back.
