I cannot express my gratitude enough to this team for helping get me a last minute appointment same day and then calling the ER ahead of my visit when it was necessary. Dignity Health are crooks! The staff was amazing and the service was great, but then I received my bill. I went in for a headache, didn't receive any tests and my bill was 7k, after insurance it was 4k. How is this even possible? I talked to my insurance company and they informed me to get an itemized bill. I was there several months ago. I was looking for them and saw I could leave a review. I found them to be very pleasant and a bit hard-pressed because they all had busy schedules. Professional well staffed, the best in San Francisco when you need a good physical therapist!
It looks like an impressive facility but the staff's treatment is horrible. We got an appointment for 10:40 and turned up at 10:30 am. But the receptionist didn't know where to send us to find the doctor amidst 3 buildings. There was no appointment email. Then staff took so long to do the paperwork to get us checked in (even though we had already filled all the forms beforehand) that the appointment slot was over before we got to see the doctor. The whole time there was not a hint of empathy.
