The people here treat you like a person, not a number. From the front office to the PA/MA to the doctor...EVERYONE was respectful and spoke to me like we were already friends. This is how it should be at all dr offices. Thank you to everyone at Dignity Health (2780 Eureka Way), you should all be commended!
This center has become one of the worst in Redding. After changing several cardiologists and experienced staff now is run by incompetent, irresponsible people who just want to get rid of you. The cardiologist only talks for few minutes while looking at a print out of previous notes without any kind of physical exam! , orders tests that are not conclusive and not available at the office as used to be. My first appointment with Dr Nanavati was one of the best interactions with a cardiologist during last several years. He was found to be a very knowledgable, caring, friendly physician who pays attention to all of your concerns, listens to you with patience and answers all of your questions. I have been a patient at this center in Redding and am really happy to have Dr Nanavati here to be my cardiologist.
We were vacationing in the area and my dad had a medical emergency. He was admitted to Mercy Medical Center in Redding and received wonderful care. The nurses, doctors, specialist, hospital staff were truly kind, supportive and focused on his care.
