I've had nothing but great experiences at this location. Everything from the staff which are always in a good mood and helpful, to Dr. Harouni who is the consummate professional, I've felt valued and cared for as a patient every step of the way. Dr. Harouni in particular is the kindest doctor I think I've ever had the pleasure of being seen by, you can tell she cares. Sometimes it can take a while to get an appointment, but this location is worth the wait.

I was waiting 45 minutes to see nurse practitioner and sitting with her for 30 minutes and finding out she didn’t send the right medication and one of them she didn’t send at all ! I will never be back !

The only reason this place is even getting a one star is because it will not allow you to leave a comment without at least putting one star. I am extremely disappointed and upset with this medical office! My mother made an initial first time appointment with Dr. Heidi Baker, two months ago! When she arrived she was informed that Heidi Baker no longer works there and my mother doesn't even have an appointment that day or time now. Made an appointment with Dr. Harouni in June. Earliest I could get in was September. The day before the appointment I got a call saying all of her appointments for the week were cancelled and we had to reschedule for November. Show up today to an empty office. After waiting for about ten minutes some people show up and say all the appointments for the week were cancelled and we can reschedule for January! They didn't even bother calling this time. I don't know if she's a good doctor or not and at this point I never will. But... read more
