Came in because I couldn't breathe. Checked in. Never called me for the 2 hours I was there. They said they called me twice but never did. Discharged me without even seeing me. I still can't breathe

Told to be here at 7 which is an hour before they actually open. So it was fun sitting there for a hour waiting for them to open.

They rush their patients out, and whoever answers their phones on the weekends is extremely rude and does not want to help past patients her response was "I don't know " ridiculous. I don't understand why you're in health care if you're annoyed with sick people.

Had car battery acid in my eyes I literally couldn’t see and the front desk lady said the woman checking in her daughter (who wasn’t even present) needed attention first (the daughter wasn’t even on the premises and has nausea) then front desk lady told me to wait in the waiting area with a lot of attitude when I was crying for help. Waited a good 15-20 min from the time I walked into the ER til I got seen but you best believe other people who had a cough got seen before me.

Think twice before you consider to Go this place my appointment was with orthopedic office they have communication problems my appointment was at 1.30 I left at 4 without even the doctor and her staff check me right they wasted my time doctor took an hour to talk to one patient then after two hrs me waiting finally I met doctor Erin Martens she told me she need another x ray she send me back and told me we calling them so you won't wait again that long I go down the xray office tells me no one called and when they called the... read more
