We just moved here and I’m trying to find new doctors. I went here because I thought being part of a large organization it would be easier to get in and to also get referrals to the other specialists I need. I went in last week and they said I had a Virus, but with my history of pneumonia’s and chronic sinus infections, they said if it wasn’t better by Monday, they would prescribe an antibiotic. The office is so nice and clean, wanted to love my experience. I think it's so cool that they're a residency and understand that could lead to delays which was explained to me very well. However, my primary doctor told me she'd write me a prescription and a referral for a skin spot concern on my nose. It's been one week (after I've also called to follow up) and she still has not done either thing. We will be finding a new primary care next year as the rest of the apt seemed very normal.
