These people are crooks. I was told my Dr was behind and I had to wait for an additional 20 minutes in the waiting room before being moved into a room. At that point, I waited another 10 or so minutes before being seen. It was a first patient visit, checked typical vitals, I had elevated blood pressure that they wanted to see me back in two weeks for. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. My husband scheduled a routine new patient physical, but the doctor was 30 minutes late and the appointment felt rushed with little effort to ask questions or establish a patient relationship. To make matters worse, we were billed for a separate issue that was never treated. We addressed our concerns with the office in person, but nothing was done to correct the charge.
