When I called to talk to someone, I got a wait time of 9 minutes and as it continued to ring my wait time went up to 30 minutes. As I waited on the phone my wait time went up for a third time saying I would be on hold for 90 minutes. So strange that my wait time would increase while I was on the phone that’s never happened to me before and as I waited, thankfully someone answered within 30 minutes of waiting. GREAT experience!!!
Excellent care from the Doctors, medical assistants, and front desk team! The only issue I ever have is that communication is sorely lacking in terms of getting a call back or a reply through the portal when I leave or send a message. But the quality of care from the whole team is extraordinary, the best I've ever had at any clinic. I truly feel blessed to have such a caring medical team, and the front desk staff are always helpful and friendly. Kudos!
