Tried to establish care with this facility but never actually saw the doctor. I filled out all of the needed documents online before the appointment and still got a message to arrive 15 minutes early so I did. Only to have to fill out all the same paperwork again with emphasis on a document stating if you are 15 minutes late to your appointment they can cancel you as a patient. 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled for I am taken back and asked all the same questions for a 3rd time and this was the only person I saw.... read more
I have to say from delivering a baby at Mercy Gilbert the Dr's on staff are amazing! Which are the same Dr's that work at this place! Dr. Lowe and Dr. Hughes are awesome. They treat my baby with such care. I never feel weird asking questions. The helpline after hours always has a dr on call. They're just phenomenal and attentive. Plus the hospital right across the street is a breath of fresh air. Thank you for treating our children like your own :)
Said they take my insurance. After my doctor visit i get a call saying they don't take my insurance. Now Im stuck with a large bill. Incompetent!!!
My son had a unique and terrible liver infection that we thought was just the stomach flu. The doctors at dignity health Mercy location were phenomenal. They sent us immediately for further testing at the ER and were right to think it was beyond stomach flu. My son was admitted for a week to drain his abscess and then had multiple follow ups with dignity health. Every single doctor so far has blown me away in their attentive care. If I could give this company one star I would. I went to see Dr. Rachel Lowe last Thursday, June 9 did lab work with an initial first consultation to establish care. I also had a bronchitis issue. She told me she would call me back or someone from the office would with my results, she would call in my Maintenance prescriptions to my pharmacy, and if there were still yellow my cough to notify the portal.
