I've gone here for a couple years and have gotten everything I need to take care of in terms of basic care at a clean well established office however administratively it has fallen apart. 2 Doctors left (my doctor's) and when I attempted to stay at the facility because it's close to home and I just prefer to, I was told I could no longer see any Dr. there even though HMO patients who were there too were prioritized to stay and others leave. Dr Palakurthy has been treating me for strokes about a year. I'm told it will take a long time to recover. I hope I've been cooperative

My son had an accident that required multiple staples in his scalp; while trying to enter the facility with blood literally running down his face staff stopped and berated him for trying to enter without a mask; “hello human kindness…”
