I am a new patient here, my first visit was nice but my last couple of visits I am having a hard time feeling hard by some of the staff. I hope that that changes and that my care here continues and that they listen to their patients.

Dignity Health has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have cancelled my appointments without actually telling me, called in prescriptions incorrectly, and the wait time for the doctors can be so ridiculous.

Dr Jones is my doctor, she is absolutely amazing, she goes beyond, and has helped me so much throughout the years, she is very smart, knowledgeable, treats me with kindness and respect, she's the best. There are a lot of bad reviews on the front staff but this was a long time ago there is all new staff and they are wonderful!!! I hate to give them such a low rating - Dr. Cudahy and Dr. Zenker are both excellent doctors, but the administrative side of things is a mess. It's taken me almost two months and at least 8 phone calls to get a form filled out because the office staff gave me inconsistent information and didn't follow through on relaying documents to/from Dr. Cudahy. I would love to keep going to Dr. Cudahy or Zenker, but the administrative burden isn't worth it.
