Health Care Fraud: In December, I went in for my annual physical with Maria Delfino, PA-C. During the appointment, she asked how I was feeling — a routine question I would expect during any physical. I said I felt fine overall, but mentioned that my hip is sometimes stiff after I run. You should really tell your patients the side effects of injections that you administer to your patients. I was given a steroid shot in my buttocks and had severe mood swings and ended up hurting myself as a result, this is very unacceptable and falls under medical malpractice.
I am a new patient here, my first visit was nice but my last couple of visits I am having a hard time feeling hard by some of the staff. I hope that that changes and that my care here continues and that they listen to their patients.
Dignity Health has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. They have cancelled my appointments without actually telling me, called in prescriptions incorrectly, and the wait time for the doctors can be so ridiculous.
Dr Jones is my doctor, she is absolutely amazing, she goes beyond, and has helped me so much throughout the years, she is very smart, knowledgeable, treats me with kindness and respect, she's the best. There are a lot of bad reviews on the front staff but this was a long time ago there is all new staff and they are wonderful!!!
