My appointment with Dr. Bond was amazing. She is very thorough and is a detailed problem solver. What is not acceptable is trying to get an appointment with her and trying to get a person to answer the phone. The VOIP is horrible with no person that answers and the process needs to be shared by the referring Dr. That she expects 2 references before she allows an appointment to be made by a new patient. Both situations need improved.
Dr Rachel Bond is an outstanding physician. She listens, is very thorough, and truly takes the entire patient's health into consideration when treating their heart condition. I’ve been to several other cardiologists in the past who seem to just “compartmentalize” cardiac issues, but Dr Bond sees the whole body and how the heart is affected. Brilliant and life-changing! Thank you to Dr Bond and her caring staff!
