Very unorganized!! I called to book a colposcopy and the receptionist said I needed a referral letter, when they received it they would call me back, nobody called me, so I called again. I was around 40 min on the phone, the girl was trying to find the referral letter and at the end she said i didn’t need one, after 40 min!!!!! The soonest appointment was a week later, at the most inconvenient time. Everyone was proficient and nice, front desk, PA, and Dr. Doerhman was a good listener, took immediate action, referral process was quick and painless.

This office is so unorganized it’s absolutely shameful. My doctor phoned me with not so good news and told me she was referring me to a Neurologist- this was 2 months ago and I have yet to hear from anyone at their offices even after leaving messages. When Dr. Kapoor was there, the office staff was on top of everything. Since Dr. Gibson took over, her staff seems very uncaring about the patient. If you’re lucky you receive a phone call back from Dr. Gibson.’s assistant. Very disappointing
