They constantly misplace my order, take forever to approve things, say they will call but never do. This happened the lasty three times
"Hello Human Kindness" should NOT be their slogan. Speaking with Imaging personnel for the most part has been unkind, unhelpful, and sometimes flat out rude. Every time I have the displeasure of calling them about a medical inquiry, I'm always reminded of what they CAN'T do rather than how they can assist/transfer you to someone who can help: Example... -No we can't send you this medical information (yes, they can...) -No I'm not going to schedule you for this procedure -"Well YOU didn't mention that part" -I just don't unde... read more
On October 2019 I had MRI for my lower back done at Arroyo Grande Community Hospital (Dignity Health). I was charged over $7000 for it!!! I've done several MRIs before in different places and never ever was charged so much. I contacted my insurance company and Dignity Health billing department. They re-checked charges and there was no mistake!!! I ended up paying $2000 as copay. Will never go that place again. Super expensive!!!
