I would not recommend anyone to go here.. out of my 5 scheduled appts, they cancelled 2 of them because of the therapist was out and today I had a scheduled appointment and when I got there they cancelled my appointment even though I had a printout showing I had an appointment today!  What a waste of my time!!  I ******I had to pick a star to post this********BUT I WOULDN''T GIVE IT ANY STARS******

The worst medical center in Burien. Those who have left good rating most definitely are not on government medical insurance. Highline is a treatment center so if your history is subject to substance abuse they treat you how you prolonged your life. A REAL HOSPITAL WELL NOT DIS CHARGE you from being admitted WITHOUT HAVING A BRIEFING WITH NURSES OR OTHER PHYSICIANS before being discharged.. No stars. Exactly what they earn at St. Agony’s as the locals refer to it. New building…same old amateurs and pretenders. This place is some kind of community college hospital or something judging by the pretenders on the staff playing hospital.

Yavapai (Dignity Health) East Emergency Room Prsecott Valley, AZ. My husband went to the ER for several pain in his wrist. PA was Jacqueline Korbet,, and the dr. was Andrew Rounseville. There's not enough room on this form to go over all the horrific responses and poor care/release information received at the ER. Please advise who I can speak with (person's name please) and phone number.

I have been to this hospital several time due to same issue, the staff there are sometimes alright and other times they are rude and insulting and even spiteful and go out of their way to hurt you. My last visit my doctor stood across the room from me and refused to get any closer cause my husband and I smoked one cigarette before going in. Five hours later, she's complaining she can't breathe in the room because of it. She insulted me and left and never returned she did not even give me the chance to ask her any quest... read more

I had The Worst experience I have ever had.I was having horrible pain in my right side in back..Kidneys..I was sent back into a room passing at least 10 nurses and a dr or two..just sitting laughing talking. My nurse put an iv in, gave me some pain med and left.an hour goes by and im freezing finally my nurse comes in and i ask her for a blanket..she said..we dont have anymore...so i take the blanket off the bed to find out it was really dirty..Im telling myself it was tea on it..i dont know..or poo another hour goes by..no... read more

If I could give this office zero stars I would. The staff is rude and unaccommodating. These people supposedly took a hippocratic oath to treat people to the best of their ability yet when a patient needs to come see their doctor for something like pneumonia, wanting to see someone that is supposed to know their medical history better than anyone else, they get turned away. I was admitted into the emergency room Monday morning, released Wednesday afternoon. Everyone I made contact with in the hospital was gracious, generous with their time, and sensitive to any needs I may or may not have known I needed or wanted. The experience was made a lot more comfortable than I deserved. From the emergency room, to the observation room, to the 6th{?} floor, thank you to everyone, again and again!
