As we await our loved one to pass away I sit here and think of the people from Mercy Hospice that have been here for us. I kidded that I was waiting for just one bad seed to show up so I could say you guys aren’t perfect. That seed never showed up. This is the only and I am mean ONLY hospice company I know that truly cares for their patients! I dealt with 2 for both of my parents in Georgia (diff company) that I regret using.
Dignity Hospice did a great job helping my mom and my family went on hospice. They were kind, caring, available, and responsive. So appreciated our RN and all the staff. They helped us through a difficult time, and never once felt rushed or like our questions were a burden.
Mercy Home Health has been caring for my mom for several weeks now. The care has been excellent, and both her nurse and physical therapist are always ready to listen. Both are very positive and encouraging. They show up exactly when they say they will and are great to call me and let me know when they will be here. Without Mercy Home Health, she would have had to go to a rehab hospital for 6 weeks of IV antibiotics, now she is comfortable and cared for in her own home.
