Shady billing practices! I always paid my copay up front, but then get threats from a collection agency over a $49 charge. Not ONCE did USCF ever contact me regarding any balance due!
This hospital brand is so mismanaged! Overcharging AND making bill payment absurdly hard. Something simple as paying your Bill is crazy difficult because they've chosen incompetent vendor. They will of course assumed you're refusing to pay and report your bill to collection agency and accrue more fees. Dignity indeed!!!
Was told by the front desk that my insurance covered the quick check up I was doing and then got billed $300 out of pocket. This place is a terrible scam - don’t go here!
The staff is awesome. They remembered me after coming in only once — which was 12 months ago. Very friendly environment
