They put you on hold for 30 minutes and then scream at you by the lady to “fix it online.” When I told her online didn't let me do it she screamed more. Nothing gets solved and the lady adds loads more stress to people’s days without helping. Staff needs retraining.
THEY DO NOT TAKE MAJOR INSURANCES. They claim to be not affiliated with goheatlh, and ask you to pay upfront for a covid rt, some ridiculous amount of like $300. Even though you book via the gohealth website, they pretend not to be affiliated with them. I will definitely be reporting them to covid-19 scam sites via the dept of health and human services.
