Writing this review on behalf of my mom, who left her appointment with Dr. Roberts at Dignity Health Express Care in Elk Grove in tears due to her terrible bedside manner and lack of empathy. My mom has been dealing with debilitating knee pain for the last few months. She has been trying different treatment methods/physical therapy and they are not helping.
