I had the opportunity to utilize the services of this ER in late October. I had just had spinal surgery and was having swelling in my left leg so I was told by my surgeon to get an ultrasound. I went down there at about 11AM on a Tuesday and was greeted by a smiling and pleasant front desk person. She asked me the reason for my visit and ID and insurance card and promptly handed me some small forms to fill out.
