All patients who have Blue Cross, be fully aware at where you attend. Dignity Health tells you they accept Blue Cross, but they only accept certain plans that they do not disclose. This place is an out of network disaster that will rob your money! This facility lied to me that they accepted my policy as in-network. Super Quick.. They Were Kind.. The Dr. Came And took his time with me.. Made me feel like the president!! I know where to come for health concerns ;)

I am very disappointed with Arizona General Hospital. As a resident of Laveen, I was excited to not to have to drive 10 miles to the nearest hospital. The facility is nice and top of the line, but there is where starts and stop. I went in for Chest pain, palpitations and shortness of breath. I was just given more steroids, an EKG and told to go home. This was unacceptable. I was never sent a cardiologist and Pulmonologist. There was no testing done outside of an EKG and blood tests. Amazing staff... Wait times were not long at all. Went to Phoenix children's hospital waited 4 hours and didn't even get to triage walked out came here and they saw my 3month old immediately. Most importantly they did not just blow it off as a viral infection but took time to really analyze what was wrong with her. Close to home which makes it that much better.. Thank you!!!

Been sitting here for 5 hours with puss from an infected spider bite dripping down my leg. Have yet to be seen. I've had to rifle through the drawers in the exam room to find clean gauze and am drinking water from the sink. People in the room next door just left because all they needed was to have some staples removed, but nobody could find the equipment. Also, the walls are paper thin.

I was impressed with the care, was admitted and everyone was wonderful. Friendly ER staff and excellent food too Chef Anthony Brown personally brought in my lunch and dinner trays!! Awesome diabetic meals too! Thanks to everyone on all shifts!!

Well, there goes 2 hours of waiting I cant ever get back. I left. My 2 year olds face was swollen and so we gave Dignity a chance. They blew it. We filled out paperwork and although the lady was nice behind the counter....we waited....and waited....and waited. Not even a chance to see a nurse for vitals or anything. Grrat customer service...poor wait time. Very disappointed. Steer clear of here unless yo dont mind waiting until you're better just sitting in the waiting room.

Everything was great. No wait. Staff was excellent. Went from ER to being admitted to having surgery and then discharged. All went smoothly. Thanks!

A lot of money was spent on ads for this place and now there is only one Doc for their ER? Been here 3 hours to get my 4 yr old seen and we are still waiting. I live within one mile of here, but the next time one of my kids needs to go to ER we will make the trip up to PCH. And if I need to be seen I'll go to Banner Thunderbird.
