Went in for lymphedema with cellulitis. Left with a diagnosis of heart palpitations. Ended up on three antibiotics to treat 3 different infections and on an anti fungal from non-treatment there. If you as a doctor don't listen to the patient or understand the conditions please seek further assistance.
One of the worst places I've ever been to! Sitting in the waiting room for 2 hours before being called back! Scrunched over in pain in my abdominal area! Can't even use the bathroom with out crying! After 2 hours of being in waiting room I'm called to the back! Nurse comes in ask questions take vitals 30 mins later dr does same thing! Another 30 mins my grandma goes and ask why haven't I been see. They responded that I didn't have insurance after writing my insurance down on the sign in paper he says your Acchs is not active... read more
Very good care I did not have to wait long. They explained everything to me in a way even if I wasn't a nurse I would have been able to understand. The doctor was very pleasant.
I was jogging near the hospital and passed out! They came out with a wheelchair and took me right in and took excellent care of me. Dave is the best nurse!
Excellent treatment by the entire staff!
Walked in to the ER with my wife who had a swollen face and in pain. Doctor "examined" her, looked at the MRI we brought with us and came to the "diagnosis" that there was no inflammation and we should go see our primary care physician. Got discharge paperwork that listed "pain without a known cause" and the recommendation to stop smoking... to top it all off, they could not tell us if our insurance covered the visit or not. This was a very fast and easy expierince for my little guy... we were in and out in 30 min... Staff was very nice.
I took my 6 week old infant here with a temperature of 101.2. The drs were unable to find a cause and sent us home. The next day I took her back with a temperature of 101.8. The drs were dumbfounded, they knew they were out of their league and life flighted her to Phoenix Children's Hospital. PCH was able to find the cause and correct it. Although they were unable to find the cause their immediate action on transferring her probably saved her life. I an thankful for that.
