This was my second visit this year to a Dignity Health Imaging facility after being a Sutter patient for years. All I can say is another visit and another exceptional experience. In a world full of automated calls and texts it was refreshing to have a real human call and remind me of my upcoming appointment, go over any instructions, and ask if I had any questions. Ericka, Dr. Herron, and the other tech were all wonderful.
Had an appt scheduled for today. Received a text confirmation and email confirmation and yet they didn’t have my appointment logged in their system. I drive 40 mins for the appointment and they couldn’t even fit me in despite it being their screw up. Now they are expecting me to drive all the way back for an appointment on a different day. NO. What they should be doing is calling the Sacramento location (which is closer) until they can find an appointment cancelation where I could be squeezed in.
