Cassidy was very professional and competent. He really investigated my complaint and listened. I went for a walk in and was very happy with the entire team and overall experience.
My husband had to be seen because he was suffering from a UTI. MCC was the only urgent care facility open on Saturday. He was seen promptly and received good care. Carissa was especially kind. Their computer system was down which of course created an inconvenience for everyone. There was a delay in his prescription being filled. I just switched to this clinic, I have chronic pain and illness. Polycythemia vera (blood cancer) hemochromatosis (iron overload that settles in my joints causing pain and stiffness). Type 2 diabetes, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, neuropathy from my hips to my feet among numerous issues. I also have cognitive problems and very bad brain fog.
