My husband had to be seen because he was suffering from a UTI. MCC was the only urgent care facility open on Saturday. He was seen promptly and received good care. Carissa was especially kind. Their computer system was down which of course created an inconvenience for everyone. There was a delay in his prescription being filled. I just switched to this clinic, I have chronic pain and illness. Polycythemia vera (blood cancer) hemochromatosis (iron overload that settles in my joints causing pain and stiffness). Type 2 diabetes, degenerative disc disease, osteoarthritis, neuropathy from my hips to my feet among numerous issues. I also have cognitive problems and very bad brain fog. Had a bad fall and hurt my ankle. I went in to get a recheck because it still hurts and for a sinus infection. I saw a new provider name Kimberly. She didn't even touch my foot or try to move it. She said 0k looks good and walked out. MA came back with PT orders. I mentioned that she didn't check my sinuses. The NP came back and only listened to my lungs. I get this almost every year, and it was like she didn't even want to be bothered. Didnt look in my nose or ears or throat. My appt was at 4pm, never came in the room until... read more

Don't waste your time there. Not worth the headache, all they want to do is bill your insurance and turn you away
