Overall a garbage experience. I went in late one night for a fractured ankle. I was never actually brought into a room. We were all placed in a HALLWAY for hours. The tetanus shot they gave me was in the hallway. Then they charge over $3k for my hallway experience. I will also echo what others have said about billing. I’ve set up a payment plan through their portal 3 TIMES now and keep getting phone calls that I’m not making payments and they have no record of a payment plan. While the medical help was well done, I have never experienced such terrible billing systems. I have been fighting them for over a year now about a bill, but because their systems don't work, I can't pay it. New charges are constantly incoming from 14 months ago. This has been an ongoing battle and my entire family is beyond frustrated.
