We live right down the street from this location. My dad has had to go here twice for an extreme emergency. The nurses are incredible! Dr Olmstead is amazing! My dad has had to have an emergency gallbladder surgery and they diagnosed it so fast. Amazing nurses, amazing techs, I've had a go to a lot of hospitals with my mom with cancer. some of the rudest, most judgmental medical care staff I have ever come into contact with. I will not go into details but I will say I had to say something to my nurse for the way she spoke to me and the doctor on staff was SO rude toward me. As a healthcare provider, mother, and consumer, I anticipate a certain level of care. I brought my son to this facility in May 2025, and the MD on staff came into our room for a total of 3 minutes. He neglected to listen to his heart or lung sounds, did not provide any type of examination, wore a mask, and acted as though my son had the plague. The facility billed my insurance $2318.00. Review for Chandler Dignity Health If I could give zero stars, I would. I came to this hospital and asked to use the restroom and was told they "don’t have a key." When I kindly asked if I could go to my boyfriend’s room to use the bathroom there, the staff member was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
