I’ve been here multiple times with my wife and I have to say this is one of the best urgent care I been to in the valley, the nurses and staff are very nice and the wait time is very short. They go above and beyond to tend to their patients needs. The nurses that do IV are the best! Sadly I don’t know their names but all of them are great.
The other times I’ve went, I had nothing bad to say. I went Monday (3-2-26) the nurses were rude, rushed, and disrespectful. The doctor- Keith powers was on a rampage about a child who was there screaming and crying because he’s sick and had to get swabbed. Keith powers yelled and told the child “IF YOU JUST STOP CRYING AND DO WHAT YOUR TOLD THIS WOULD BE EASIER” then Mr powers proceeded to rant and vent to the nurses how he “hates kids who scream” etc etc etc. back to the nurses, the 2 different nurses that TRIED to give me... read more
Security called me a racial slur, and nothing was done about it. I'm filing a claim against this place. You guys will be held accountable.
My elderly mother had a serious fall that involved her face planting in her drive way sustaining in her crainal and facial swelling along with bloody nose and facial abrasion and complaints of a bad headache . It took them 2 hrs to bring her back for CT and MRI then another 2 hr wait. Should have gone to regular ED.
