If there is lower than one star I would give it to them , not my first time! I did complain last time through their survey system and they called me and they were nice but unfurtunetly nothing has changed from 5 years ago, front desk are rude, culture competency Zero knowledge, they treat children nicely but Adults with emergencies like you have a personal issue with you. They dont understand that you are sick and you need an emotional support. They is zero communication between the NP and I and front desk and doctor. One em... read more
The staff was horrible as well my son busted his head open has us inside the lobby for about a hour and a half without getting called . No type of professionalism from the staff . This is a Joke emergency room definitely should go to real hospital if have emergency this is only for like a cough or flu nothing trauma dont risk it coming here if real trauma
I would not recommend anyone take their children here The doctors don't do a thorough checkup they do it guesstimate of what is wrong with you took my son here Tuesday I was afraid he was having appendicitis The doctor touched his stomach and said it was gastritis the next morning ended up having to take my son to Phoenix children's and he ended up being rushed to emergency surgery for appendicitis I would not put my health and these people's hands. Do better.
Do not go . It’s a ripoff. Went to and asked to be pay out of pocket. Was told at discharge that my I have to pay 511. Which I did. A week later another facility bill came. And a doctor bill for 800 ( saw the doctor for 5 minutes. Do not believe what they say at the clinic.
Wait time was long despite online waiting room on their website. Don't understand what the purpose of that was if I had to sit in the lobby for 2 plus hours. Reception was bothered by the fact that she had to do her job and check me in. If my pain level hadn't escaped while I was sitting there. I would have left. Dr was nice, nurse was fine. At least at urgent care I'm in and out. Not there for hours
