My husband and I had a great experience with this place. Great customers service with the staff.. We went to get my Son's last name on his jiu jitsu Gi. Turned out perfect. Colors were exactly what we were looking for and they had a large variety to shop se from. We dropped it off at 10am and it was ready by 1pm. They had told us it would take about a week to get it done and Barbra was able to get it done that same day. PSA really needs to pick a different place to handle their uniforms. Last year 2024 ordered AXL zip hoodie, got a YXL pullover after 3 months. Trying to get a refund/exahnge was a nightmare. I gave up. This year 6 weeks after order placed, no update. Never open during posted business hours, voicemail is full. I don’t normally complain but after 2 school years I am over it.

Lady who works there was very snappy to the other employees. It’s a bad look to get rude with employees in front of customers. I didn’t catch her name but she was snappy and rude.
