Went to order my daughter’s PSA uniforms here. I know there is now an online option, but it’s our first year, and wanted to see how things fit on her. Not only was everyone kind, but they recognized that I also had a 5 and 2 year old with me, so they went fast, and brought popsicles out when they were melting down. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. After this experience, I will never recommend or use any service from Digital Stitchz again. Disappointment doesn’t even begin to cover it. As a small family daycare owner, I was thrilled to get our class polos made. I brought in our polos with a detailed description of what I wanted, but when I picked them up, I was devastated. Great work always. They are kind and courteous. I needed a name change on my son's jacket and they had it ready for us in a timely manner.
I got the worst experience with this place .I ordered uniforms for my kid before school upto now I haven’t received it. They are rude,very expensive and disrespectful.
ethan hung up on the phone mid conversation , everyone working there has 0 customer service skills. the team does not have anything organized and everything is so delayed and dysfunctional
