I had some issues with the monitor screen fuzzing in & out. They took care of the problem under warranty within 1 week. I was very pleasantly surprised. Had a $95 MacBook Pro tune-up, solved nothing except to eliminate some software I had bought and installed earlier. Not impressed.
Familiar refrain ... my PC died and my ability to conduct business died with it. Not only did Greg and his staff work wonders at recovering all my lost data, they effortlessly brought me back to Mac. I left the world of Apple about 5 years ago based on price. Huge mistake!
